FBAS AQUATALKS (approximately 1 hour in length) consist of glass-mounted, numbered in sequence, 35mm slides and a recorded commentary on a standard audio cassette, with built-in slide change signals; one-way postage (from F.B.A.S. to Society) is included in the hire charge*.

Brief notes, Operating Instructions together with a "Comments and Faults" Form accompany each programme.

VIDEOS are VHS format, but DVD copies are also available for individual purchase. More video titles are being added to the list all the time so it is worth checking to see what is available.

The success of the scheme depends on two things: a series of subjects worth looking at and responsible usage. The Federation meets the first of these requirements but the second must be met by Societies. The system depends on a fast return of hired programmes, for checking, before they are sent out again.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Bookings taken in strict rotation, subject to availability.

RETURN PROGRAMMES IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE TO THE FBAS

A Penalty Fee of £5.00 will be levied against Societies returning a programme later
than ONE MONTH after the required Booking date.

Societies will be required to pay replacement costs in the event of loss or damage, and attention is drawn to the fact that programme content is copyright material.
